Products returned using the Automated Returns System below will be considered 'Returned for Refund', unless otherwise stated. Exchanges must be approved by staff prior to using the provided shipping label. A return for refund does not require approval.

Customers are given 1 free return per order. If other items are still pending delivery, you should wait until all items have been received in case multiple items need to be returned. Returns after the first is at the expense of the customer.
Partial refund may be given if products aren't in same condition as sent, which includes smell, pet hair, dirt, removed tags, damaged packaging, or other signs of usage, and must be in it's original packaging.
Refunds or exchanges are processed as soon as the products are received.
